Camp Fleischmann, Week 1 is a Monday start week.

A $400.00 deposit is required per Unit registration.  Mavericks register at the Maverick link for week 4 or 5 as individuals.

Pay in FULL by April 1, 2019 for a $20.00 per Scout discount.

April 2 through May 15 is regular price.   From May 16 to June 21, the week before your camp week starts, ALL registrations will be charged a late fee, Scouts $40.00, Adults $10.00.

Be sure and pay for your attendees before camp, as walk ins at camp will be charged $500 per Scout and $225 per Adult.

To sign up Scouts for Merit Badge classes: The Merit Badge class system will open for sign ups May 15, after your Unit has paid their balance due in full.

The Merit Badge class system turns off June 16, 1 week before your camp week starts, on Sunday. Reports are pulled on Monday and sent to camp.

Cancellation Policy
The Refund Policy of the Nevada Area Council Outdoor Program Committee: Cancellation Refunds must be in writing and submitted to the Nevada Area Council office before June 1, 2019. Refunds are given for hardship and emergencies. Camp fees are transferable toward another Scouts reservation. No Show Camp Fees are Non-Refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS! No refunds will be given for Scouts sent home by the unit or camp management who do not follow the Scout Oath and Law and/or fail to notify camp management of the situation. Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before April 1, 2019. Less non-refundable reservation deposit. 50% refund April 1 to April 30, 2019 Less non-refundable reservation deposit. 25% refund May 1 to May 31, 2019 Less non-refundable reservation deposit. No Refund after June 1, 2019 Less non-refundable reservation deposit.
