Cub Scout Leaders have the opportunity to join for fun and frivolity during this training extravaganza! Learn tips and tricks from experienced Cub Scouters while you meet other leaders who are also actively involved with the Cubs. So many fun and useful topics will be included. Check out the detailed lists below. This event is part of the Cub Scout College of University of Scouting and fulfills training requirements for earning Cub Scout Leader Knots.

Morning - Each registrant will select one of these three options:
BEGINNERS - Designed for new and or "new-ish" leaders with minimal experience. Topics covered will include: Pack/Den Structure, Multi-Level Dens, Beginning Scoutbook, Parent Involvement, Pack Meeting Ideas, Advancement & Activity Calendaring, Service Projects
INTERMEDIATE - Designed for leaders with some experience who would like to boost their confidence and find new resources to assist. Topics covered will include: Using Scoutbook, Helpful Online Resources, Budgeting/Financial Planning/Fundraising, Effective Parent Communication, District/Council Resources, Scouts with Special Needs, Den/Pack Management - "Taming" the Wild Cubs, Value of Den Chiefs, Service Projects
EXPERIENCED - Designed for leaders who have a few years of experience and are approaching Webelos/Arrow of Light ranks. Arrow of Light to Troop Transition, How Webelos Differs from Cubs, Transitioning from Adult-Led to Scout-Led Programs, Pack/Troop Interactions, Advanced Scoutbook Options, District/Council Resources, Service Projects
LUNCH - Lunch will be provided for all.
Afternoon -
All leaders will participate in round-robin sessions for hands-on FUN with Games, Knot Tying, Cooking, Building a Monkey Bridge, Service Opportunities, and a Campfire Program with Songs/Skits/Cheers!
