Lodge Leadership Development is the primary training program for lodges. It provides all members with the skills needed to plan and run a successful lodge program. 

LLD attendance will stimulate creative ideas and develop lasting solutions that will enable and enhance growth within Tannu Lodge. An added bonus is the fun that we 

have when Tannubians gather together.  This year we will hold LLD in Winnemucca at the Humboldt County Library.  The Lodge Officers along with their advisers, decided

to hold Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) Meeting during lunch that day to cut down on the number of meetings that we have and effectively use our time together. 

We hope that all Arrowmen will make an effort to join us that day.
