2023 Reno Rodeo Scout Service Project outline:

• We are distributing pencils and Rodeo Score Cards to event attendees as they enter the Rodeo Arena.
• You will receive a Rodeo Ticket for that night’s rodeo and a Meal ticket from your volunteer leader as a thank you for your service.
• You will be the face of Scouting and representing the Nevada Area Council as you serve, explore, eat dinner, and attend the Rodeo.  Please follow the Scout Oath and Law in your actions and conversations.
• A buffet dinner will be served at the Club 1919 tent at 5:00.
• Please remain in uniform for the entire Rodeo.
• Please wear your field uniform so you are easily identifiable.
• Please meet at the North Stairs to enter the Rodeo Arena promptly at 4:45pm. Give yourself extra time to find parking.  Come early and ride the rides (cost not included).
• You will be placed in a shift group.  Please be on time for your shift change to respect the other shift’s dinner and exploration time.
